Kelloggs Beach Quarantine Days

2020. The year that changed the world. While everyone was adjusting to the strange days of quarantine, I am sure a lot of creatives were either feeling stuck or liberated. I would say I was both. I at first I thought what am I to do with so much free time?!? I decided to get more creative with photoshoots and create my website. I mean, why not with all the time in the world! So that I did. I called my best friend, Anto, to meet up at Kelloggs Beach in Point Loma in May 2020 to hangout and shoot some photos!

Of course, we had on-lookers, I mean who can resist my hottie BFF ha! I felt like I was starting to shoot the type of portrait photography that I have been aiming for, and that is capturing raw images of those I photograph. Having the person in front of the camera be vulnerable and exude the emotions I am needing from them. I will say this photoshop sparked the beginning of what I wanted to do creatively.
